Sungai Detroit adalah sungai sepanjang 24 nautical mil (44 km; 28 mil)[1] yang merupakan selat dalam sistem Great Lakes.[2] Sungai membagi wilayah metropolitan Detroit, Michigan dan Windsor, Ontario, daerah disebut sebagai Detroit-Windsor. Keduanya dihubungkan oleh Jembatan Ambassador dan Terowongan Detroit-Windsor.
