Jean-Charles Adolphe Alphand (pengucapan bahasa Prancis: [ʒɑ̃ ʃaʁl adɔlf alfɑ̃]), lahir pada tahun 1817 dan meninggal pada tahun 1891, dimakamkan di Pemakaman Père-Lachaise (divisi 66), merupakan seorang insinyur Corps des ingénieurs des ponts, des eaux et des forêts berkebangsaan Prancis. Ia menciptakan jalan-jalan dan taman untuk memperindah dan membersihkan kota Paris, ia juga merombak Bois de Vincennes dan Bois de Boulogne.
