Saxo Grammaticus (c. 1150-1220), juga dikenal sebagai Longus Cognomine Saxo, adalah seorang sejarawan Denmark. Ia diperkirakan telah menjabat petugas sekuler atau sekretaris Absalon bagi Uskup Agung Lund dan penasihat utama untuk Raja Valdemar I dari Denmark. Dia adalah penulis sejarah penuh Denmark yang pertama.
