Charles Martin Jones (21 September 1912 – 22 Februari 2002) adalah seorang animator, pembuat film, kartunis, penulis, penggambar dan penulis naskah asal Amerika Serikat, yang dikenal karena karyanya dengan Warner Bros. Cartoons pada film-film pendek Looney Tunes dan Merrie Melodies. Ia menulis, memproduksi dan/atau menggarap sejumlah film pendek kartun animasi klasik yang menampilkan Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Wile E.
