Shūji Terayama (寺山 修司 , Terayama Shūji, 10 Desember 1935 – 4 Mei 1983) adalah seorang penyair, pengarang drama, penulis, sutradara dan fotografer Jepang. Ia dikutip sebagai pengaruh pada berbagai pembuat film Jepang sejak 1970an.[1]
