Telur asap adalah sebuah makanan yang dibuat dari pengasapan telur unggas dan telur ikan.[1][2] Telur asap dapat disajikan dengan telur rebus yang kemudian diasapi,[3][4] atau dengan mengasapi telur mentah dari cangkangnya[5]
