Macey Harlam (27 April 1873 – 17 Juni 1923) adalah seorang pemeran panggung dan layar lebar dari New York. Ia pentas di Broadway dari 1901 sampai 1918 sebelum beralih ke perfilman bisu. Dalam perfilman, ia beradu peran dengan Pauline Frederick, Douglas Fairbanks, Elsie Ferguson, Geraldine Farrar dan Lionel Barrymore. Ia meninggal di Saranac Lake, New York pada 1923.[1][2][3]
