Umm Kalkha adalah sebuah desa Palestina kecil di Subdistrik Ramle, Mandat Palestina. Desa tersebut dikosongkan dalam Perang Saudara Mandat Palestina 1947–1948 pada 7 April 1948 saat Operasi Nachshon. Desa tersebut berjarak 12.5 km dari selatan Ramla, dan terletak di tepi utara Wadi al-Sarar.
