Animasi tradisional, (atau animasi klasik, animasi sel, atau animasi lukisan tangan) adalah sebuah teknik animasi di mana setiap frame digambar menggunakan tangan. Teknik tersebut paling sering digunakan pada animasi di bioskop sampai kemunculan animasi komputer.
