Berenike II (267 atau 266 SM – 221 SM) adalah putri Magas dari Kyrene dan ratu Apama II. Dia adalah istri Ptolemaios III Euergetes, raja ketiga dalam dinasti Ptolemaik di Mesir.

Sekitar tahun 249 SM, dia menikahi Demetrios yang Adil, seorang pangeran Makedonia, setelah ayahnya meninggal. Akan tetapi Demetrios berselingkuh dengan ibu Berenike, Apama. Berenike marah dan membunuhnya di ranjang ibunya, tetapi Apama dibiarkan hidup.[1]

Berenike lalu menikah dengan Ptolemaios III. Anak-anak mereka adalah: Ptolemaios IV Philopator, Magas, Lysimakhos, Alexandros, Arsinoe III dan Berenike.[2]

Berenice dikatakan ikut serta dalam Pesta Olahraga Nemea (antara 245 dan 241 SM) dan Olimpiade. Tidak lama setelah suaminya meninggal pada tahun 221 SM, Berenike dibunuh.[1]
