Billy Lau Nam Kwong (lahir 3 April 1954) adalah seorang aktor , sutradara dan penulis asal Hong Kong . dia dikenal dengan peran-perannya dalam film drama ,komedi dan horror : sebagai "Kapten Polisi" dalam film Mr. Vampire (1985). Setelah terkenal dengsn peran itu, ia banyak muncul di film komedi dan horor.
