Chien-Shiung Wu (Hanzi: 吳健雄; 31 Mei 1912 – 16 Februari 1997) adalah seorang fisikawan eksperimental Tionghoa-Amerika yang membuat kontribusi signifikan dalam bidang fisika nuklir. Wu bekerja pada Proyek Manhattan, dimana ia membentu pengembangan proses untuk memisahkan uranium menjadi isotop-isotop uranium-235 dan uranium-238 melalui difusi gas.
