Guy Graham Musser[1] (lahir 10 Agustus 1936)[1] adalah seorang zoologis Amerika. Bidang riset utamanya ialah upafamili Murinae, di mana ia telah mendeskripsikan banyak spesies baru.
Musser dilahirkan di Salt Lake City, Utah, Amerika Serikat.[1] Ia menyelesaikan sekolah dasar dan menengahnya pada tahun 1955, dan pada tahun 1967 memperoleh gelar PhD pada Universitas Michigan dengan tesis mengenai taksonomi tupai kelabu Meksiko (Sciurus aureogaster). Tahun 1966, ia bergabung dengan Museum Sejarah Alam Amerika (American Museum of Natural History) dan menjadi kurator untuk mamalia. Sejak pensiun pada tahun 2002, ia menjadi kurator emeritus.[1]
