Sir Hans Wolfgang Singer (29 November 1910 – 26 Februari 2006) adalah ekonom pembangunan yang dikenal sebagai penggagas tesis Singer–Prebisch. Menurutnya, nilai perdagangan bergerak menjauhi produsen barang primer. Ia merupakan salah satu tokoh utama ekonomi heterodoks.
