John Dryden (/ˈdraɪdən/; 19 Agustus [K.J.: 9 Agustus] 1631 – 12 Mei [K.J.: 1 Mei] 1700) adalah seorang penyair, kritikus sastra, penerjemah, dan pengarang drama asal Inggris yang menjadi Poet Laureate pertama asal Inggris pada 1668.

Ia dipandang mendominasi kehidupan sastra Restorasi Inggris pada sebuah titik dari periode tersebut yang dikenal dalam lingkar sastra sebagai Zaman Dryden. Walter Scott menyebutnya "Glorious John" (John yang Berjaya).
