kejahatan perang Jepang terjadi di banyak negara-negara Asia selama periode imperialisme Jepang, terutama selama Perang China-Jepang Kedua dan Perang Dunia II. Beberapa peristiwa juga disebut sebagai Holokaus Asia[1] dan kekejaman perang Jepang.[2][3] Beberapa kejahatan perang dilakukan oleh personil militer dari Kekaisaran Jepang pada akhir abad ke-19, meskipun sebagian besar terjadi selama bagian pertama Era Shōwa, nama yang diberikan pada masa pemerintahan Kaisar Hirohito, sampai kapitulasi militer Kekaisaran Jepang, pada tahun 1945.
