Khuramiya (Persia: خرمدینان Khorram-Dīnân, artinya "orang-orang dari Agama Kebahagiaan") adalah sebuah gerakan agama dan politik Iran[1][2][3] yang bermula dari gerakan yang didirikan oleh Mazdak.[3] Nama alternatif untuk gerakan tersebut adalah Muḥammira (Arab: محمرة, "Orang-orang yang Mengenakan Busana Merah"; dalam Persia: سرخجامگان Sorkh-Jâmagân), sebuah rujukan kepada busana merah simbolik mereka.
