Roberto Baggio (lahir 18 Februari 1967) merupakan mantan pemain sepak bola berkebangsaan Italia.
Roberto Baggio adalah mantan presiden sektor teknis Federasi Sepak Bola Italia. Seorang spesialis playmaker dan tendangan bebas yang kreatif dan berbakat secara teknis, terkenal dengan tendangan bebas curling, keterampilan dribbling , dan mencetak gol, Baggio secara luas dianggap sebagai salah satu pemain terhebat sepanjang masa. Ia meraih penghargaan sebagai Pemain Terbaik FIFA pada tahun 1993. Ia merupakan pemain terbaik Italia saat membela timnya di Piala Dunia FIFA 1994. Hasil terbaiknya ialah runner-up timnas Italia pada Piala Dunia 1994. Ia biasa bermain pada posisi di belakang penyerang atau sebagai pemain tengah. Dia terkenal sebagai pengatur serangan kreatif yang memiliki kemampuan tinggi pada tendangan bebas dan dribel.
