Pada tanggal 17 Desember 2010 pertama kali diumumkan bahwa Girls' Generation akan merilis album live pertama mereka.^[1] Album ini direkam pada tanggal 19 Desember 2009 di "Olympic Fencing Gymnasium" selama Girls' Generation's 1st Tour Concert. Album ini berisi total 38 lagu dalam 2 CD, termasuk dua bonus track, studio rekaman "Singin 'in Rain" dan "Beautiful Girls".
