Kampanye Lembah Markham dan Ramu – Pegunungan Finisterre, adalah serangkaian aksi dalam kampanye Papua Nugini dari Perang Dunia II. Kampanye tersebut dimulai dengan sebuah serangan Sekutu di Lembah Ramu dari 19 September 1943, dan berakhir saat pasukan Sekutu memasuki Madang pada 24 April 1944.
