Pegas puntir atau bandul puntir (bahasa Inggris: torsion spring) adalah sebuah pegas yang bekerja dengan memuntir ujung di sepanjang porosnya. Dengan kata lain, ia adalah alat elastis fleksibel yang menyimpan energi mekanis saat alat tersebut dipuntir.
