Dua Tulisan tentang Pemerintahan (Two Treatises of Government atau Two Treatises of Government: In the Former, The False Principles, and Foundation of Sir Robert Filmer, and His Followers, Are Detected and Overthrown. The Latter Is an Essay Concerning The True Original, Extent, and End of Civil Government) adalah sebuah karya filsafat politik yang diterbitkan secara anonim pada 1689 karya John Locke. First Treatise menyerang patriarkhalisme dalam bentuk sanggahan kalimat per kalimat dari Patriarcha karya Robert Filmer, sementara Second Treatise menjelaskan gagasan Locke untuk masyarakat lebih beradah berdasarkan pada hak alami dan teori kontrak.
