Hisashi Owada (小和田 恆, Owada Hisashi, lahir 18 September 1932) adalah seorang mantan yuris, diplomat dan profesor hukum asal Jepang, dan menjabat sebagai hakim pada Mahkamah Internasional dari 2003 sampai 7 Juni 2018, dan menjadi Presiden Mahkamah Internasional dari 2009 sampai 2012.[1] Ia adalah mertua dari Kaisar Jepang petahana, Naruhito.
