Charles Stewart Rolls (27 Agustus 1877 – 12 Juli 1910) adalah pendiri perusahaan manufaktur mobil Rolls-Royce bersama dengan Frederick Henry Royce pada tahun 1906. Ia juga dikenal sebagai penerbang perintis dan pada 2 Juni 1910 berhasil menjadi orang pertama yang melintasi Selat Inggris dua kali dengan pesawat terbang. Ia juga menjadi orang Britania pertama yang tewas karena kecelakaan pesawat sewaktu ekor pesawatnya rusak dan pesawatnya jatuh di Bournemouth pada tahun 1910.
