'''Distrik Otonomi Oecusse''' ([[bahasa Portugis]]: ''Região Administrativa Especial Oé-Cusse Ambeno'') juga dikenal sebagai '''Oecusse-Ambeno''' adalah sebuah [[Enklave dan eksklave|eksklave]], sekaligus [[Distrik di Timor Leste|distrik otonom]] yang ada di negara [[Timor Leste]].
Pada [[29 November]] [[1975]], sepekan menjelang penyatuan Timor Leste menjadi Bagian dari Indonesia, kaum militan pro-Indonesia mengibarkan bendera Merah Putih dan menguasai eksklave ini. Seperti saat dikuasai [[Portugal]], Oecussi-Ambeno ditetapkan sebagai bagian dari provinsi [[Timor Timur]] pada tahun 1970-an. Oecussi-Ambeno kemudian menjadi bagian dari negara Timor Leste pada [[20 Mei]] [[2002]].


Terletak di pantai utara bagian barat [[Pulau Timor|Timor]], Oecusse dipisahkan dari wilayah [[Timor Leste]] lainnya oleh [[Timor Barat]], [[Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur]]. Timor Barat mengelilingi Oecusse di semua sisi kecuali utara, dimana eksklave menghadap ke [[Laut Sawu]].

Distrik Otonomi Oecusse (bahasa Portugis: Região Administrativa Especial Oé-Cusse Ambeno) juga dikenal sebagai Oecusse-Ambeno adalah sebuah eksklave, sekaligus distrik otonom yang ada di negara Timor Leste.
