S/2011 (134340) 1 (juga dikenal dengan julukan S/2011 P 1 atau P4) adalah satelit alami kecil yang mengitari Pluto. Satelit ini ditemukan pada 20 Juli 2011.

P4 ditemukan oleh Pluto Companion Search Team melalui teleskop luar angkasa Hubble pada 28 Juni 2011 saat sedang mencoba mencari cincin yang mungkin dipunyai Pluto.[2][3] Pengamatan lebih lanjut dilakukan pada 3 Juli dan 18 Juli 2011, dan keberadaannya sebagai satelit dipastikan pada 20 Juli 2011.[1][4]

Tingkat kecerahan P4 hanya sekitar 10% dari Nix. Dengan diameter antara 13–34 km, satelit ini merupakan satelit terkecil Pluto.[5][6] Orbitnya mungkin berbentuk lingkaran dengan jari-jari sekitar 59.000 km.[1][7] P4 berada di antara Nix dan Hydra, dan beredar mengelilingi Pluto sekali setiap 32,1 hari Bumi.[1][7]

Seperti satelit Pluto yang lainnya,[8] P4 diduga merupakan hasil tubrukkan antara Pluto dengan objek sabuk Kuiper lainnya.[3]
