Clarence Leon Brown (10 Mei 1890 – 17 Agustus 1987) adalah seorang sutradara Amerika.
Kehidupan awal
[sunting | sunting sumber]Lahir di Clinton, Massachusetts, putra dari pasangan Larkin Harry Brown (1866-1942) seorang pengusaha kapas dan Katherine Ann Brown (née Gaw) (1865-1954), Brown pindah ke Tennessee saat berusia 11 tahun. Ia masuk Knoxville High School[1] dan University of Tennessee, keduanya di Knoxville, Tennessee, lulus dari universitas tersebut pada usia 19 tahun dengan dua gelar dalam bidang teknik.[2]
