MTV Networks adalah perusahaan media konglomerat yang dimiliki oleh Viacom. Perusahaan ini mengoperasikan lebih dari puluhan juta komunikasi baik, TV maupun Internet, termasuk semua channel MTV, baik Amerika Serikat maupun internasional.
Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 1984 setelah Warner Communications dan American Express menjual beberapa aset dan menggantinya dari nama Warner-Amex Satellite Entertainment. Perusahaan ini mengoperasikan empat inti utama MTV Networks: MTV, Nickelodeon, VH1 dan The Movie Channel.
