Kereta api Mutiara Selatan adalah kereta api kelas bisnis yang dioperasikan PT Kereta Api Indonesia di Pulau Jawa dengan jurusan Surabaya Gubeng-Bandung dan sebaliknya.

Semula, semenjak operasional pertamanya pada 1980-an, kereta api ini dijalankan dengan rangkaian campuran kelas bisnis dan eksekutif, bersama dengan kereta api ekspres malam Turangga yang juga memiliki konfigurasi kelas bisnis dan eksekutif. Tetapi, mulai 11 Oktober 1999, semua rangkaian kereta api Mutiara Selatan diganti dengan kelas bisnis, sedang Turangga menjadi kereta api kelas eksekutif.

KA Mutiara Selatan diberangkatkan dari Stasiun Surabaya Gubeng pada pukul 19.00 WIB tiba di Stasiun Bandung pada pukul 09.59 WIB dan berangkat dari Stasiun Bandung pada pukul 15.45 WIB tiba di Stasiun Surabaya Gubeng pada pukul 05.31 WIB. KA Mutiara Selatan berhenti di Kiaracondong, Bumiwaluya (hanya KA 132 tujuan Surabaya Gubeng), Nagreg (hanya KA 131 tujuan Bandung), Leles (hanya KA 131 tujuan Bandung), Cipeundeuy, Tasikmalaya, Ciamis, Banjar, Maos (hanya KA 131 tujuan Bandung), Kroya, Tambak (hanya KA 132 tujuan Surabaya Gubeng), Ijo (hanya KA 132 tujuan Surabaya Gubeng), Gombong, Karanganyar, Kebumen, Wonosari (hanya KA 131 tujuan Bandung), Kutowinangun (hanya KA 132 tujuan Surabaya Gubeng), Butuh (hanya KA 132 tujuan Surabaya Gubeng), Kutoarjo, Yogyakarta, Solo Balapan, Walikukun (hanya KA 131 tujuan Bandung), Madiun, Nganjuk, Kertosono (hanya KA 131 tujuan Bandung), Jombang, dan Mojokerto.
