Ngô Đình Cẩn (1911 – 9 Mei 1964) adalah adik dan orang kepercayaan presiden pertama Vietnam Selatan, Ngô Đình Diệm, dan anggota berpengaruh dari pemerintahan Diệm.
Pada masa mudanya, Cẩn menjadi pengikut nasionalis Phan Bội Châu.
Pengaruh Cẩn mulai memudar setelah kakaknya Ngô Đình Thục dilantik menjadi Uskup Agung Katolik Roma Huế.
Tahun-tahun awal
Cẩn merupakan anak kelima dari enam bersaudara yang lahir dari Ngô Đình Khả, yang merupakan seorang mandarin dalam pemerintahan kekaisaran Kaisar Thành Thái, yang memerintah dibawah kendali Perancis.[1][2]
