Periode Menengah Kedua Mesir merupakan periode ketika Mesir Kuno jatuh dalam kekacauan untuk kedua kalinya. Periode ini dimulai setelah berakhirnya periode Kerajaan Pertengahan, dan berakhir saat periode Kerajaan Baru dimulai.
Pada periode ini, Hyksos muncul dan berkuasa di Mesir. Dinasti yang berkuasa pada Periode Menengah Kedua adalah dinasti kelima belas, dinasti keenam belas, dan dinasti ketujuh belas.
