Asyur atau Asiria (bahasa Inggris: Assyria) adalah suatu kerajaan atau kekaisaran yang berpusat di hulu sungai Tigris, Mesopotamia, Irak. Nama kerajaan ini berasal dari ibu kotanya, kota Assur (Akkadia: 𒀸𒋗𒁺 𐎹 Aššūrāyu; Arab: أشور Aššûr; Ibrani: אַשּׁוּר Aššûr, Aram: ܐܫܘܪ Ašur; bahasa Inggris: Assyria). Istilah Asyur juga dapat merujuk pada region di mana kerajaan ini berpusat.
Pada masa Asyur Tua (abad ke-20 hingga ke-15 SM), Asyur menguasai sebagian besar Mesopotamia Hulu dan sebagian dari Asia Kecil. Pada periode Asyur Pertengahan (abad ke-15 hingga ke-10 SM), pengaruhnya memudar dan digapai kembali melalui berbagai penaklukan. Asyur pada zaman besi awal (911 – 612 SM) meluas lebih jauh, dan di bawah kepemimpinan Asyurbanipal (668 – 627 SM) selama beberapa dekade menguasai seluruh wilayah Bulan Sabit Subur hingga akhirnya kalah dengan perluasan kekuasaan Neo-Babilonia dan Media.
