PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia atau Nabati adalah salah satu kelompok bisnis produk konsumen di Indonesia, yang didirikan pada tahun 2002. Perusahaan ini terkenal memproduksi makanan ringan bermerek Nabati dengan varian rasa Richeese dan Richoco, Nabati Drillo, Nabati Graker, Nabati Hansel, Nabati Malkiz, Nabati Nextar, Nabati Quaci dan Nabati Vervet.

Sejarah

Pada awal berdirinya pada tahun 2002 dengan nama PT Nabati Jaya Indonesia, Nabati hanya bergerak di bisnis makanan ringan dengan skala industri rumah tangga. Saat itu, Nabati mulai memproduksi produk pertamanya, yaitu Nabati Wafer adalah wafer berbentuk kecil. Pada bulan Juni 2007, Nabati Wafer dihentikan dan PT Nabati Jaya Indonesia berganti nama menjadi PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia, serta meluncurkan POW Snack 2 Warna (dihentikan 2011), wafer krim keju Richeese Nabati dan makanan ringan ekstrudat berbentuk roll dan panjang bernama Nabati Siip. Pada tahun 2008, Nabati meluncurkan enam produk lagi, yaitu Pillow Pow, Pow Donat, Richeese Ahh, Richeese Rolls, Richoco Wafer Coklat dan Richeese Chocochiz. Sejak tahun 2008, produk Nabati sudah terdaftar dalam Badan POM secara bertahap. Pada tahun 2009, Nabati meluncurkan makanan ringan dengan selai keju Richeese Bretos, biskuit krim keju Richeese Bisvit, Richeese Pasta Keju dan minuman serbuk sereal dan susu Richeese Bio. Pada tahun 2010, Nabati mendapatkan sertifikasi ISO 22000. Pada bulan Februari 2011, Nabati mendirikan PT Richeese Kuliner Indonesia dan membuka restoran cepat saji Richeese Factory yang pertama di Paris Van Java Mall, Bandung, lalu Richeese Eat n' Go pada tahun 2012. Pada tahun 2011, Nabati mulai menjalin hubungan kerjasama bisnis dengan Nabati Food Pte. Ltd. Singapura sebagai perusahaan distribusi produk Nabati di luar negeri. Pada tahun 2013, PT Pinus Merah Abadi didirikan sebagai perusahaan distribusi produk Nabati di Indonesia. Pada tahun 2015, Nabati meluncurkan produk kukis nastar bernama Nextar Nastar. Pada tahun 2017, Nabati bekerja sama dengan PT Simba Indosnack Makmur (Simba) meluncurkan Simba Siip Pop Caramel. Sejak tahun 2018, nama merek Richeese dan Richoco kini digunakan sebagai nama varian rasa untuk Nabati Wafer, Nabati Time Break, Nabati Ahh, Nabati Bisvit Selimut, Nabati Gatito, Nabati Rolls dan Nabati Siip. Pada tahun 2020, Nabati bekerja sama dengan PT Emina Cheese Indonesia meluncurkan Emina Richeese Stick. Di tahun yang sama, Nabati melalui PT Nutribev Sinergy Indonesia bekerja sama dengan PT AJE Indonesia meluncurkan minuman berkarbonasi AMO Cola, AMO Lemon C dan AMO Melon C, menandai pertama kalinya Nabati memasuki bisnis minuman ringan. Pada tahun 2021, Nabati melalui PT Nutribev Sinergy Indonesia bekerja sama dengan produsen air mineral PT Puan Mahar Karya yang berlokasi di Gunung Putri, Bogor meluncurkan AMO Air Mineral. Saat ini, Nabati memiliki kantor pusat di Kota Bandung, kantor perwakilan di Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Selatan dan tiga pabrik, yaitu di Rancaekek (Kabupaten Bandung), Sumedang dan Majalengka di Jawa Barat.[1]

Richeese Factory

Richeese Factory merupakan restoran cepat saji dan toko kue yang disajikan dengan serba keju. Dibuka pertama kali pada bulan Februari 2011 di Paris Van Java Mall, Bandung. Menu yang paling utama di Richeese Factory, yaitu Richeese Fried Chicken dalam tiga varian rasa: Richicken, Hot & Spicy Chicken dan Fire Chicken.

Richeese Eat & Go

Richeese Eat & Go merupakan restoran cepat saji dan toko kue yang disajikan dengan serba keju, dibuka sejak 2011 di Bandung.

Penghargaan dan Lisensi

Pada tahun 2008, Richeese meraih penghargaan Superbrands. Richeese Nabati meraih penghargaan IBBA dari MARS dan majalah SWA untuk kategori wafer krim keju, serta penghargaan WOMM untuk kategori wafer krim keju. Richeese Nabati meraih rekor MURI sebagai pelopor dan pencipta wafer krim keju di Indonesia. Nabati mendapatkan lisensi dari Nickelodeon sebagai perusahaan snack pertama di Asia yang memproduksi snack berkarakter SpongeBob SquarePants pada Richeese Nabati, Richeese Rolls dan Richoco Rolls, Avatar pada Nabati Siip dan Nabati Siip Giga. Nabati mendapatkan lisensi dari Les' Copaque Production sebagai perusahaan snack pertama di dunia yang memproduksi snack berkarakter Upin & Ipin pada Richeese Bretos dan Richeese Cracster.
