BMW Seri 6 adalah jajaran mobil coupés eksekutif yang diproduksi oleh BMW.
Model pertamanya adalah E24, diturunkan dari generasi pertama Seri 7, BMW E23. E24 diluncurkan tahun 1976 untuk menggantikan 3.0CS & 3.0CSi (E9). Pada tahun 2003, setelah 14 tahun produksinya dihentikan, BMW meluncurkan seri baru E63/E64 yang modelnya tersedia sebagai coupé dan convertible, sasisnya diambil dari Seri 5. Generasi ketiga Seri 6 F12 dan F13 diluncurkan akhir 2011 dan menggunakan platform serta mesin yang sama dengan Seri 7 (F01) dan Seri 5 (F10) serta munculnya model bodi coupé 4 pintu..
E24 (1976-1989)
The BMW E24 is the first generation of 6 Series and was produced from 1976 to 1989. It replaced the E9 coupés[2] and was solely produced in the 2-door coupé body style.[3] Aside from the M635CSi/M6 models, the E24 was powered by a range of M30 straight-6 engines.
The E24 M635CSi (called the M6 in North America and Japan) is considered the start of the M6 model line. In most markets, the M635CSi is powered by the M88 straight-6 engine.[4] In North America and Japan, the M6 is powered by the less powerful S38 straight-6 engine.[5]
E63/E64 (2003–2010)

Generasi kedua dari Seri 6 (E63) diproduksi tahun 2003-2010, mengisi kekosongkan kelas yang ditinggalkan oleh Seri 8. Dibandingkan dengan sedan Seri 5, coupe/cabriolet Seri 6 ini ditujukan untuk performa tinggi, disertai dengan harganya yang mendekati tipe termahal BMW, Seri 7.[6]

The G32 BMW 6 Series is the fourth generation of the BMW Gran Turismo range of fastback mid-size luxury cars, and was launched in 2017 as the successor to the BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo.[8][9]
A facelifted version was unveiled alongside the new 5 Series on 27 May, 2020.[10]
