William Trueheart (18 Desember 1918 – 24 Desember 1992) merupakan seorang pekerja diplomat di Amerika Serikat. Beliau bekerja sebagai perwakilan AS untuk Nigeria pada tahun 1969–1971, namun beliau kemudian menjadi Perwakilan Sementara AS dan kuasa usaha di Vietnam Selatan pada bulan Mei–Juli 1963.
Lahir pada tanggal 18 Desember 1918, di Chester, Virginia, Trueheart mendapatkan gelar sarjana (1939) dan master di bidang filosofi (1941) dari Universitas Virginia.[1]
