Codex Coislinianus diberi kode Hp atau 015 (dalam penomoran Gregory-Aland), α 1022 (von Soden),[1] juga diberi nama Codex Euthalianus, adalah sebuah naskah kuno berbentuk codex yang memuat sebagian Perjanjian Baru di Alkitab Kristen, khususnya Surat-surat Paulus. Ditulis dalam gaya tulisan uncial dalam bahasa Yunani, berdasarkan Paleografi diperkirakan dibuat pada abad ke-6. Teks ditulis secara stikhometrik.[2] Mempunyai marginalia. Kodeks ini dikenal karena ada catatan di akhir Surat Titus.
