The codex was probably written in the 6th century at the library in [[Caesarea]], later coming into the possession of the monastery of the [[Great Lavra (Athos)|Great Lavra]] on [[Mount Athos]], but its value appears to have been overlooked. Leaves of the codex were used as raw material for the production of new volumes. In 975 some leaves, now known as ''Fragmenta Mosquensia'', were used to cover a volume of [[Gregory Nazianzen]] at Mount Athos. Codex Coislinianus diberi kode Hp atau 015 (dalam penomoran Gregory-Aland), α 1022 (von Soden),[1] juga diberi nama Codex Euthalianus, adalah sebuah naskah kuno berbentuk codex yang memuat sebagian Perjanjian Baru di Alkitab Kristen, khususnya Surat-surat Paulus. Ditulis dalam gaya tulisan uncial dalam bahasa Yunani, berdasarkan Paleografi diperkirakan dibuat pada abad ke-6. Teks ditulis secara stikhometrik.[2] Mempunyai marginalia. Kodeks ini dikenal karena ada catatan di akhir Surat Titus.
Naskah ini terbagi atas beberapa bagian dan digunakan sebagai bahan baku untuk pembuatan jilid baru. Kodeks ini menarik perhatian para sarjana pada abad ke-18 (setelah munculnya edisi karya Montfaucon). Sekarang disimpan di beberapa perpustakaan di Eropa, di: Paris, Athos, Saint Petersburg, Kiev, Moskow, dan Turin.

- Surat Titus 1:1–3, 1:15–2:5, 3:13–15;
- Surat Ibrani 1:3–8, 2:11–16, 3:13–18, 4:12–15, 10:1–7, 10:32–38, 12:10–15, 13:24–25.[3][4]
