Kaisar Dewa Kekaisaran Inka (bahasa Quechua: Inka Qhapaq) dari Andes (daerah yang termasuk Peru, Ekuador, dan Bolivia modern) menggunakan gelar Sapa Inka ("satu-satunya Inka"), Sapa ("satu-satunya"), dan Apu ("kedewaan"). Gelar ini setara dengan gelar Kaisar dalam terjemahan modern.

Sistem kepemimpinan di segala tingkat Kekaisaran Inka disusun oleh moietas yang disebut Hanan (atas) dan Hurin (bawah), untuk menjaga gagasan dwifungsi.
