Formula Satu musim 1974 merupakan musim balapan reguler Formula Satu yang diadakan dari tanggal 13 Januari sampai 6 Oktober 1974 dengan memperlombakan 16 lomba. Tampil sebagai juara dunia adalah pembalap Emerson Fittipaldi diatas mobil McLaren.
