Latrun (bahasa Ibrani: לטרון‎, Latrun; bahasa Arab: اللطرون, al-Latrun) adalah sebuah daerah di Lembah Ayalon, sekitar 15 kilometer sebelah barat dari Yerusalem dan 14 kilometer sebelah tenggara dari Ramla. Daerah ini pernah menjadi tempat untuk beberapa pertempuran, contohnya Perang Enam Hari, sehingga tempat ini menjadi tempat wisata.
