Umm az-Zinat (bahasa Arab: أُم الزينات, Umm ez Zînât) adalah sebuah desa Arab Palestina di Subdistrik Haifa. Desa tersebut dikosongkan dalam Perang Arab-Israel 1948 pada 15 Mei 1948 oleh Batalion Keempat Brigade Golani. Desa tersebut berjarak 20.5 km dari tenggara Haifa.
