Rudolf Vrba (lahir Walter Rosenberg; 11 September 1924 – 27 Maret 2006) adalah seorang biokimia Slovakia-Yahudi yang, sebagai remaja pada tahun 1942, dibuang ke kamp konsentrasi Auschwitz di Polandia yang diduduki Jerman.
