Front Demokratik Bersatu (Afrika Selatan)

Front Demokratis Bersatu (UDF) adalah front populer di Afrika Selatan yang eksis dari tahun 1983 hingga 1991. UDF terdiri dari lebih dari 400 organisasi publik, termasuk serikat dagang, serikat mahasiswa, organisasi perempuan, dan organisasi parachurch. Tujuan UDF adalah untuk membentuk "Afrika Selatan yang bersatu tanpa memandang ras, di mana segregasi dihapuskan, dan masyarakat terbebas dari rasisme institusional dan sistematis." Slogannya adalah "UDF Bersatu, Apartheid Membagi." Front ini didirikan pada tahun 1983 untuk menentang pengenalan Parlemen Tricameral oleh pemerintah Partai Nasional yang didominasi oleh orang kulit putih, dan dibubarkan pada tahun 1991 selama tahap awal transisi menuju demokrasi.
