HMAS Adelaide (FFG 01) adalah kapal Fregat berpeluru kendali milik Angkatan Laut Australia. Kapal ini merupakan kapal utama kelasnya yang juga disebut kelas Adelaide, yang dibuat berdasarkan fregat kelas Oliver Hazard Perry milik AL Amerika Serikat. Kapal ini dibuat di AS dan mulai berdinas di AL Australia pada 1980.

Selama operasinya, kapal Adelaide turut serta dalam operasi Australia setelah Kudeta Fiji 1987, Perang Teluk, Kerusuhan Mei 1998 di Indonesia, misi INTERFET di Timor Timur, Perang Afghanistan, dan Invasi Irak 2003.
