HMS Director adalah sebuah kapal tiang kelas tiga 64 meriam dari Angkatan Laut Kerajaan Britania yang diluncurkan pada 9 Maret 1784 di Gravesend. Kapal tersebut mulai dibuat pada November 1779, dan dipesan oleh AL pada tahun berikutnya.
