Holosen Tengah atau Northgrippium adalah sub-kala kedua dari kala Holosen, yang dimulai dari 8.200 SM hingga 4.200 SM. Sub-kala ini ditentukan dengan kronostratigrafi, dan sudah memiliki GSSP (Global Boundary Stratotype Sections and Points).[1]
