Janel Meilani Parrish (lahir 30 Oktober 1988) adalah seorang aktris dan penyanyi asal Amerika Serikat. Dia terkenal karena bermain Mona Vanderwaal di serial drama misteri Freeform Pretty Little Liars. Dia juga dikenal karena menggambarkan Young Cosette dalam produksi Broadway Les Misérables (1996), dan Jade dalam film komedi remaja Bratz (2007). Pada tahun 2014, Parrish berpartisipasi di musim ke-19 Dancing with the Stars dan menempati posisi ketiga. Dia juga muncul di film Netflix tahun 2018, To All the Boys I've Loved Before.
