Junpei Takiguchi (滝口 順平code: ja is deprecated , Takiguchi Junpei), lahir dengan nama Kohei Takiguchi (滝口 幸平code: ja is deprecated , Takiguchi Kōhei) (17 April 1931 – 29 Agustus 2011) adalah seorang pengisi suara asal Jepang. Dia dikenal lewat suaranya sewaktu menjadi peran-peran dalam berbagai serial anime seperti Time Bokan (sebagai Pera), Yatterman (sebagai Dokurobei), Mazinger Z (sebagai Burokken), Tekkaman: The Space Knight (sebagai Ranbos) dan untuk peran narasi dalam Burari Tochuugesha no Tabi dan Pittankokan Kan.

Pada 29 Agustus 2011, Junpei Takiguchi meninggal pada usia 80 karena kanker lambung yang dideritanya.
