Leslie Howard (lahir László Howard Steiner, 3 April 1893 – 1 Juni 1943) adalah seorang aktor, sutradara, dan produser film dan panggung Inggris. Howard juga menulis beberapa cerita dan artikel untuk The New York Times, The New Yorker dan Vanity Fair. Howard adalah salah satu idola film dan box-office terbesar pada 1930an namun paling diingat pada masa sekarang karena memerankan Ashley Wilkes dalam Gone with the Wind (1939). Howard memiliki peran dalam beberapa film terkenal lainnya, yang meliputi: Berkeley Square (1933), Of Human Bondage (1934), The Scarlet Pimpernel (1934), The Petrified Forest (1936), Pygmalion (1938), Intermezzo (1939), "Pimpernel" Smith (1941) dan The First of the Few (1942), meraih dua nominasi untuk Aktor Terbaik (Academy Awards).

Aktivitas Howard pada Perang Dunia II meliputi akting dan membuat film.
