Saya sudah meng-upload berkas tulisan Ramayana yang sudah diperbaiki, tapi ketika sudah berhasil di-upload, berkasnya tampak biasa-biasa saja, seperti tidak ada perubahan. Huruf na tidak mau berubah menjadi nna. Mudah-mudahan saja ini efek sesaat.

Mengenai terjemahannya, sudahkah selesai? Jika sudah, terjemahan itu akan saya gunakan untuk merampungkan artikel Ganesa, biar jadi artikel pilihan.

It is standard on en:wp to delete every single edit grawp makes from page histories. They delete all of his user and talk page, categories, etc. The accounts you renamed were already globally blocked; such names get flat-out hidden after a bit, the idea being not to just move things to some other log. id="toc", class="toc", class="toccolors" dan navboxes[sunting sumber]

Hi,

When I first started adjusting the many lateral navboxes here and on jv, one of the things that most needed changing (and still does in many places) is the use of id="toc". In xhtml, only one element per page can have any specific 'id' and in the case of 'toc' it is the table of contents that is generated if the page has more than something like 4 level-two sections. If some other element uses it, the page is invalid; if more than two elements, like two navboxes, use the id, then the page is invalid whether MediaWiki generates a table of contents or not.

What does 'invalid' mean, exactly? Well any validator tool will scream bloody murder and some user agents (browsers) may have rendering problems. The major browsers are rather forgiving of bad code; their goal is to render something that looks good even when fed bad code. Other agents, say on handphones, or tools like bots, search engines and external wiki-editing tools may have problems. So, bad code should go. I've been converting id="toc" to class="toc" which fixes the validation issue, but does not address a semantic issue; class="toc" is not supposed to be used for things other than true tables of contents; using class="toccolors" loses the border and padding which would need to come from somewhere else (the intent is that it come from some semantically appropriate template).

Much of the hard-coded navigation box code was ported some years ago from en:wp, which has since developed many better ways of doing things; navbox templates, for example. I've not taken a close look at the navbox template here; I expect it was hauled over as was the wiki-table code and had the text translated. The underlying code is likely out-of-sync with the current en:wp template; periodic updating based on changes there (or anywhere else that makes code improvements) should be performed. This is a sort of trickle-down of code and it is highly inefficient; inherent in the wiki-model of free-labour. Recall my comment about a global template namespace.

So, I've been tweaking code and sticking to plain-tables for the most part; a few hard-code div-elements where table don't suffice. I have just made a couple of test-version of navboxes that I would like comment on.

These are implemented a bit differently than the others; for one, they look the same on all browsers (well, the major ones), so part of what I'm looking for comment on is the 'look'. Taking the navboxes to the next level is a job for templates and the place to do this is;

There are a number of things I don't much like about the standard navbox and that is part of why I've not used it so far. For one, its appearance with cellspacing allowing the white background to show through around all of the cells with backgrounds look terrible.

I have created wrappers around the main {{Navigasi ID}};

The wrappers will allow things like a 'below' row on all of a class of templates (done one the Provinsi one); we could also do categories in these.

I moved some context-specific stuff from the main template and core to the wrappers; the group min-width and removal of the banding; currently there is a new tweak in the core; a min-width on the imageright cell to get the cells the same width when the image is a different size. This should be moved to the wrappers as context may not want it. To do this, will require an imagestyle attribute be passed in and this vaguely messes with 100% backward compatibility (although this is exactly what the new Navbox on en:wp does).

the boy with the equipment insecurities was back[sunting sumber]

I'm also looking over the mess from yesterday. I was offline all day as there was a major cremation here; power was off much of the day to allow the 26m tower to be carried down Jl. Raya, there were tens of thousands of people packed onto 1km of road. Word has it that this was the largest cremation ceremony ever held on the island, and I believe it. There were some injuries and kids lost in the crush. Some folks were seriously hurt when the framework under the tower knocked down a streetlight into the crowd. See [:Berkas:Ubud Cremation 2.jpg this] from a few years ago, but picture rather larger. I took over a hundred pics and will upload a bunch to Commons. They didn't burn the tower until the next day (today) because of the crowds and concern that they might torch the whole neighborhood. They disassembled it and did it in pieces; I didn't get pictures of that and expect they would not be nearly as impressive.

re the boy; that was one of the usernames from some days ago. By renaming it, he was able to just recreate it. Maybe a username blacklist entry with 'merridew' in it? (and a few other obvious words). Probably futile, as he uses unicode variants and they're effectively limitless. Also, I have it on good authority that he is also en:wp's Avril Lavigne troll, so watch for that in edit summaries.

I believe what happened here is that Reindra copy-pasted them instead of moving them; Kabupaten got renamed, I guess. So, on wiki's where everyone's into playing the wiki-lawyer-game, someone would do a history merge to preserve the attribution of contribs in the older pages; or we could just delete the old ones. My suggestion; open each new page in turn and copy the text; delete the new page and move the old one over it and paste the new text over the old text; repeat, the template, too. And the category pages need to be created. If the new text is pasted into the old page and saved, the Kecamatan template will break; this is because of the way that it glues two parameters together to get the page name. This is to allow a short-form in the template invocation and to enforce a naming convention. This is a poor scheme and should be undone — which is a royal pain. And this is why it's a poor scheme; anything that reduces flexibility is misconceived.

Part of my view here is driven by my view that a lot of things are at the wrong name; far too many primary names contain a disambiguation page. If I were to ask you what island is to the west of Bali (and I asked in Bahasa Indonesia), would you answer Jawa or Pulau Jawa? and to the east; Lombok, or Pulau Lombok? And see what's at those links now.

This has to be fixed ASAP; it is breaking for users of Firefox < v3.0, about 15% of users, and it is breaking badly for tens of thousands of pages. here and here you were editing the style of the table, not the caption of the table — which is the next line. The 'auto' has to be changed. The choice between 2em, 1em, or something else is a mere detail that pinches the caption a bit. Please, unprotect and let me fix this. More in a bit. Hi, could I get you to participate in a few discussions?

One involves exceeding MediaWiki's template expansion limits. see;

which is not rendering properly. Most of the discussion about this is at;

I think the WikiProject is mostly historical; focused on building most of the articles and pages I've been editing in the first place. The pages that are basically galleries of templates are useful to me for navigating all the templates, but the new templates are pushing the limits of MediaWiki. BorgX has suggested inlining the templates to avoid causing MediaWiki grief. This may be best from the point of view of the WikiProject. I can create my own gallery pages in my userspace. Many of the numbers in those tables are incorrect as the world has moved on since 2006.

Pretty much all of the administrative navboxes for provinces, kabupaten and kecamatan are done. See my comments at;

for what I see as next in this area.

The other discussion is;

Basically, this kabupaten was moved in January and I moved the Kecs, templates, and categories to agree with the naming. And it was all the wrong name and things need to move again. I only want to do this once more, so I want a solid plan up front before I touch this again.

Artikel tersebut serupa (menyalin) namun ada sedikit perbedaan pada gaya bahasa (kapitalisasi huruf dkk). Ada 1 informasi yang berbeda : pada SMP Negeri I Surabaya dituliskan 2 tingkat sedangkan pada SMP Negeri 1 Surabaya dituliskan 3 tingkat. Ya, it's 'The Disney vandal' I don't know much about this one, but it said Mobile, Alabama on that w:en:WP:AN#Bambifan101 and his socks thread. I did notice the fluency in Indonesian, so, could be. My understanding it that it's a mix of good edits and vandalism and always related to Disney and Bambi. Have a chat with w:en:User:Collectonian who knows a lot about this. It's not just that user name; there are many and a lot of IPs. The gist of the AN thread is that other wikis, such as here, are on their own. I figured you should get a heads-up. Hello Meursault2004, I need Your help, I have seen by chance that an user in id.wikisource is uploading [5] images from other websites, see also s:Istimewa:Log/upload, images that have no free licence but say "©2007 Sekretariat Negara Republik Indonesia ", I have tried to inform You about that [6], but maybe he speaks no English (I unfortunately speak no Indonesian)

I hope You can reach out to him and explain him that he can't continue with that, and delete these images,

Dear Spacebirdy, thanks for the info. The so-called Sekretariat Negara Republik Indonesia (literally 'Secretary of the state of the Reublic of Indonesia') is a government agency and as such there is no copyright on works of Indonesian government.
